Walker Communications is looking for an Internet technician to join our growing IT department. This entity will operate under the control of a network administrator and will be responsible for building new computers and servers, configuring new networks, storing and configuring existing networks, and setting up and resetting - for traffic and passengers. Students gain experience in developing systems with DNA knowledge and building computers. Basic training and one year of experience are required in this job. The individual's ability is Network + or CCNA certified.

The network operator is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of computers and networks. Network operators establish network connections, configure and connect different types of networks. Other important services of the project are:

  • Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining computer software and hardware
  • Collaborate with IT staff to ensure the software is properly installed and deployed on users' computers
  • Provides practical support to customers and end-users through a variety of communication systems, including telephone support and live chat
  • Protect your computer from computer attacks, including installing virus protection programs and regular updates
  • Users are then referred to different parts of the network with a brief description of the causes and consequences of the treatment.
  • Choose the best software and applications for your business and request a new device if the existing application is no longer reliable
