Problem Management is the goal of this process in reducing the number of incidents that arrive at the Service Desk. For this, their causes are identified and eliminated.

Change Management is a process that regulates only meaningful changes and coordination of their implementation among all users of business services.

Release management- the process, which sets the condition not to disrupt the work of the company during the implementation of any changes. The release management process monitors and installs updated versions of software and hardware through the Service Desk service.

Service Level Management - a process that determines the number and composition of employees involved, as well as the quality of services in the Service Desk service. With its help, the quality level is monitored and operations are carried out to reduce the likelihood that poor-quality service can be provided.

Financial Management - a process that describes the management of finances to support the activities of other Availability Management processes

- tasks related to the availability of services of the IT department; isolated processes are distinguished so that they can be monitored and conclusions drawn. The level of availability is determined by constancy, maintainability and reliability.

Capacity Management is the IT asset management task.

Continuity Management - control of the continuity of IT services. The main areas of the task are the development, maintenance, implementation and verification of actions to ensure the continuity of business services.

Information Security Management - a guarantee of continuous service security and information reliability.

The lowest salaries in IT are the domain of it helpdesk salary, i.e. technical support. Troubleshooting on the first line is combined with a salary of 4-7 thousand. PLN gross, it is only on the third line that the rates become equal and even exceed those offered to programmers.
